Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 5, 2026 · Last updated: October 5, 2026
Product: ABC Ads Manager (also referred to as AdLaunch) · Operator: ABC GROUP
Website: https://abc-adsmanager.cloud

This Privacy Policy explains how ABC GROUP (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information in connection with ABC Ads Manager, our internal web application for creating and publishing TikTok advertisements through the official TikTok Marketing API.

By using ABC Ads Manager or authorizing it via TikTok OAuth, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

1. Who we are

ABC GROUP operates ABC Ads Manager for our own advertising operations (including thrift and apparel campaigns in Indonesia) and related Business Center ad accounts. The product is not intended as a consumer social network or a public data marketplace.

Contact for privacy questions and requests: support@abc-adsmanager.cloud

2. Scope

This policy covers:

  • The public website at abc-adsmanager.cloud (landing, Privacy, Terms).
  • The ABC Ads Manager application and its use of TikTok OAuth and Marketing API.
  • Communications sent to support@abc-adsmanager.cloud.

It does not govern TikTok’s own platforms or Ads Manager. TikTok’s privacy practices are described in TikTok’s policies.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Information from TikTok (via OAuth and Marketing API)

When an authorized user connects TikTok, we may receive and process:

  • OAuth tokens (access tokens, refresh tokens, and related expiry metadata) required to call the Marketing API on the user’s behalf.
  • Account identifiers such as advertiser / ad account IDs, Business Center IDs, and related account names or statuses returned by the API.
  • Campaign and ads metadata that the user creates or manages through the tool (for example campaign names, objectives, budgets, targeting settings, creative references, ad group and ad IDs, and delivery or reporting fields returned by TikTok).
  • Pixel and catalog identifiers when the user selects or manages those resources within permitted scopes.
  • Basic profile or identity fields that TikTok returns as part of the authorized OAuth session (for example display name or open_id), solely to operate and audit the connection.

We request only the API scopes needed for ad account management, ads management, audience management, creative management, reporting, pixel management, catalog management, and related Business Center operations.

3.2 Information you provide directly

  • Email content and attachments when you contact support@abc-adsmanager.cloud.
  • Configuration inputs entered in the app (budgets, targeting choices, campaign settings, selected ad accounts).

3.3 Technical and usage data

  • Server logs such as IP address, timestamps, request paths, browser user-agent, and error diagnostics.
  • Application audit events (for example which user published which campaign to which ad account).

Our public marketing pages are static and do not require account registration. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as government IDs, precise health data, or payment card numbers) through this product.

4. How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • Authenticate users with TikTok and maintain authorized API sessions.
  • Create, update, pause, and publish campaigns, ad groups, and ads across selected ad accounts.
  • Display reporting and operational status inside ABC Ads Manager.
  • Secure the service, prevent abuse, debug failures, and maintain audit trails.
  • Respond to support and privacy requests.
  • Comply with applicable law and TikTok platform / developer requirements.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use TikTok-derived advertising data to build unrelated consumer profiles for sale to third parties.

5. Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on jurisdiction, we process data based on:

  • Contract / legitimate operational need — to provide the advertising tool you or your organization authorized.
  • Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, and internal analytics of product reliability.
  • Consent — where TikTok OAuth or local law requires consent for specific scopes.
  • Legal obligation — when we must retain or disclose information to meet legal requirements.

6. Sharing and disclosure

We may share information with:

  • TikTok / ByteDance services — as required to perform API calls you initiate (creating ads, fetching reports, etc.).
  • Infrastructure providers — hosting, database, logging, or email delivery vendors that process data under our instructions.
  • Professional advisors or authorities — when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Authorized ABC GROUP personnel with a need to know may access operational data to run campaigns and support the product.

7. Storage and security

OAuth tokens and account metadata are stored on systems we control (or our contracted processors), protected with industry-standard measures such as encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and least-privilege credentials.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We work to reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Retention

  • OAuth tokens — retained while the connection remains active and deleted or invalidated when a user disconnects, tokens expire and are not refreshed, or access is revoked.
  • Campaign and operational metadata — retained for as long as needed for advertising operations, auditing, and dispute resolution, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
  • Support emails — retained as needed to resolve requests and maintain business records.
  • Server logs — typically retained for a limited diagnostic window unless needed longer for security investigations.

9. Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

  • Access information we hold about you in connection with ABC Ads Manager.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete information we no longer need to retain.
  • Withdraw TikTok authorization by revoking the app in TikTok’s account/settings flows and requesting that we delete stored tokens.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing where the law provides that right.

To make a request, email support@abc-adsmanager.cloud with enough detail for us to verify and fulfill the request. We may need to retain some information when required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example fraud prevention or completed transaction records).

10. Children’s privacy

ABC Ads Manager is a business advertising tool. It is not directed at children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. International transfers

ABC GROUP is based in Indonesia. Data may be processed in Indonesia or in other countries where our infrastructure providers operate. Where required, we take appropriate steps to protect transferred data.

12. Third-party services

TikTok is an independent platform. Your use of TikTok is governed by TikTok’s terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for TikTok’s practices.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
