User Data Deletion Instructions

ABC Ads Manager uses Facebook Login and the Meta Graph API to schedule and publish posts to Facebook Pages owned or managed by ABC GROUP, and TikTok OAuth for TikTok ad management. You can remove the app’s access and ask us to delete your data at any time, as described below. See also our Privacy Policy.

1. Remove the app from Facebook

1. Log in to Facebook and open Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Open Apps and Websites (in some versions: Security and login → Apps and Websites, or via Accounts Center).
3. Find ABC Ads Manager and select Remove.
4. Optionally tick the option to delete posts, photos, and videos the app published on your behalf, then confirm.

After removal, ABC Ads Manager can no longer access your Facebook account or Pages, and any tokens we hold stop working. To also delete the data we already stored, send a request as described in section 2.

2. Request deletion by email

Email support@abc-adsmanager.cloud with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include:

• Your name and the Facebook account (or Facebook Page names / IDs) you connected.
• If applicable, the TikTok advertiser / Business Center account you connected.
• An email address where we can confirm the deletion.

We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request comes from the account owner or an authorized Page admin.

3. What we delete

• Facebook user access tokens and Page access tokens.
• Your app-scoped Facebook user ID and name stored for the connection.
• Page IDs, Page names, and related Page metadata.
• Post content, media files, and captions stored in ABC Ads Manager, plus scheduled posts and scheduling data (pending scheduled posts are cancelled).
• Cached Page and post insights.
• TikTok OAuth tokens and related account data, if you request it.

Posts that were already published on Facebook remain on your Page until you delete them in Facebook (or choose to remove them when removing the app). We may keep minimal records only where required by law or for security and fraud prevention, such as a log that a deletion request was completed.

4. Timeline

We acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request. Backup copies are overwritten in our normal backup cycle. We will confirm by email once deletion is complete.
